Meet The Board

Neil Crowther- Managing Director

Neil has been with Coleman Milne for over 14 years and is now a senior shareholder within the Company. Neil is a qualified engineer who’s career path has seen a period of his life based in South Africa. He now resides in Cheshire and being a keen golfer has played at most courses within the county.

Geoff Hudson- Group Sales & Marketing Director

Geoff has been with the company for over 33 years and has worked in all three divisions. Geoff is a senior shareholder and when time permits enjoys walking in the Lake District, travelling, good food, fine wine and unfortunately Manchester United.

Paul Thompson- Financial Director

Paul has spent ten years with the Woodall Nicholson Group. A senior shareholder, Paul has a background in accountancy that spans the manufacturing industry. He has also spent time working in Canada and South Africa. Born and now living in Lancashire, Paul is a keen sports fan with a love of cricket in particular. His hobbies include Bird watching and reading.

Dave Terry- Chief Engineer

Dave has been with the company over 14 years. Dave Qualified at Silsoe College in Cranfield with a 2.1 Upper Second Bachelor of Science. He is responsible for all areas of engineering, design, development, type approval and technical after sales to name but a few. Dave has two sets of twins and is also treasurer for Chorley Silver Band.

Mick Barlow-General Manager/Director Mellor Coachcraft

Mick has enjoyed a long and varied career within The Woodall Nicholson group spanning almost 25 years. He started with the company in 1985 as an apprentice coachbuilder, working his way up to Director in 2008. Mick has managed all divisions within the group and took the opportunity to run operations at Mellor Coachcraft as General Manager in 2005.He lives in West Yorkshire with his wife and three children, and in his spare time works out in the local Do-Jo learning karate and participates in regional and national competitions.
