| Over the past twelve months, 17 shop floor staff from Trim Assembly, Mechanics, Body, Shop, Vans and Paint have been succesfully partaking in their NVQ Level 2 training course.
Wayne Hill, Body Shop Manager and longstanding staff member of 23 years, was the onsite mentor for the 'students'.
The training course incorporated all aspects of their individual roles as well as specific training on Communication, Health & Safety and Risk Assessment. Throughout the past twelve months, the 'students' were regularly visited by their NVQ trainer Darren Ward, who monitored their progress through part practical and part theoretical assessments.
Our Managing Director, Neil Crowther on Thursday 24th March 2004, presented the 17 successful participants with their certificates.
Wayne would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all successful participants. The company is currently investigating options to start NVQ Level 3 training later on in 2004. As a company, Woodall-Nicholson believe that investing in their staff is beneficial to the overall success of the company.
