| Paul Lindley has recently joined us at Coleman Milne in the role of Sales Office Administrator/Customer Service Co-ordinator.
Paul comes from a customer focused background within British Gas, where he held the position of Deputy Customer Relations Manager, it was here that he developed his Customer Services skills, dealing with high level complaints and co-ordinating Gas Engineers' and Service Managers' daily activites.
We believe that as a continuation of his career to date, Paul will bring a more focused customer care approach to our sales office administration role. He says that his aim is to "offer oustanding customer service, quickly resolve issues and queries and improve the line of communication between us and the customer," which in turn will increse customer satisfaction and retention. |
